Fern

I guess that’s what you’ll find underneath a fern …

Trying out my camera’s limits, while using the kit lens that came with it. Am not actually satisfied with the kit lens, but I guess it has to do. I love taking macro shots, so am saving for one. Hopefully, I can get one before the year ends!

Hoping and praying … and saving, of course!

Loans Online

Sometimes we are placed in a situation wherein we need to take loans just so we can get that car, or maybe pay for our dream house. That did happen to one of our friends when she got her first car. I wasn’t sure if she got an unsecured loan, or if she chose secured loans, but whatever or whichever online company it was, she really was so grateful for having been granted the cash.

I know right now that she is enjoying her new car, even if she already made one or two dents because of her driving. Oh, she is a responsible driver, but the experience is still quite new for her. Good for her!

Slots Machine

Not everybody has a gameroom with a slots machine; but my former boss got one. Actually, it wasn’t his, but he got it from his father’s friend. When I first saw it I was mesmerized; I mean, it’s not everyday I see one! lol.

But if ever you need one, check out Ace Distributing Slot Machines Sales, over at MyMagicSlots.com. They’ve been selling slots machines since 1975, so you can be sure that they know their business!

Photo Enhancement

I like taking pictures. In fact, I started dabbling with my father’s camera since high school! We couldn’t (and we didn’t dare!) play with it when we were much younger; it was one of those “precious possessions” thingys. When I reached college my sister bought her own slr (single lens reflex) camera, and since I needed to have a camera during those days, it was always with me. I guess that that’s where I really decided on getting myself my own camera.

However, taking pictures is just half of the experience. Those days we used films, and it usually took a while before you can see the shots that you made. I haven’t calculated the actual cost you save with using memory cards compared with film, but I think in the long run the memory cards are cheaper. With digital cameras, you can immediately transfer the shots to your computer and then after a bit of photo enhancement, your shot is done!

Photo enhancement is pretty common nowadays, but to get those software, you need money. Good thing you can do photo enhancement online these days, by going to Fotofix.com. What’s great about the site is that you can submit your photos and then have them printed! For those who don’t have the luxury of time to adjust their shots, this is really very convenient. The professional-like results that you can achieve using their service will definitely be worth it!

Independent Unsigned Artists

I believe that all of us have something within us that makes us gear towards certain kinds of music. It could be hard core rock, jazz, blues, classical, rap, hip hop, alternative, or whatever other classification of music there is; it just had to tickle our interest. There are also many budding musicians out there that deserves to be heard, and trying to make a living out of it. Sometimes a good exposure will help the artist and other independent bands. The internet is a global thing, so it is most definitely a good place to make themselves, and their music, heard. It is a good thing that a site like Unsigned.com was conceived by First Beat Media Inc., an online entertainment media company.

If you want to find new artists, be they hip-hop artists or not, then you can find them at Unsigned.com! Located in Florida, Unsigned.com is committed to providing the best source of information when it comes to discovering unsigned artists. They are always on the look-out for those artists who possess fresh new sounds and have the potential for making it big in the industry.

Trying to find the type of music that you like on the site is fairly easy, and any artist (or bands) can register on the site. Music fans can also register so that they can listen to the music (found at the site), and even make playlists!

So, if you are like me who wants to hear fresh music every now and then, or you’re an artist just yearning to have your music heard globally, then go check out Unsigned.com!

Ohio Power Tool

My brother likes tinkering with his car as well as around the house. When something needs to be done, he does it right away. That’s why it’s important that he has his tools readily available when he needs them. Lately I have seen him looking at some Milwaukee V28 Tools at the mall, and since Christmas is almost here, I have decided to give him some tools to add to his collection.

It’s a good thing that there’s an online site, OhioPowerTool.com, where I can get those Milwaukee V28 Tools, as well as other quality power tools, for my brother. They have a blog where they review some of the tools which might be of some interest, specially for those who, like my brother, love using these tools.

What about you? Looking for a perfect gift for a power tool lover? Then there’s no need to find another site; go and check out OhioPowerTools.com!

Fabulous Flower Arrangements Online

My mom used to have assorted flowers on her garden when we were young; I remember some roses, gerberas, hibiscus, bougainvillea, jasmine, and some native orchids which had this awesome smell every night whenever it had flowers. But that was such a long time ago … now the lot where mom used to have her garden has been replaced to give way to a residential house. She still has a few of her plants, though.

Getting a steady supply of flowers then wasn’t a problem for us, but here in the city we depend on our florist to help us when it comes to flowers and arranging them. Good thing we can get them online, too!

ProFlowers.com is one such site that offers these awesome flower arrangements for almost every occasion! I really liked their 200 Blooms of Peruvian Lilies arrangement; I just know it will brighten up any room where it will be displayed. Below is the shot of the arrangement I was talking about. Isn’t it so colorful and simply fabulous? I just love it!

Google Adwords

Google Adwords was the first thing that I placed on my blog when I decided that I wanted to earn something from my blogging. It was relatively easy to incorporate inside my blog’s template, and I must admit I liked how it looked once the scripts were properly placed. But I didn’t seem to be getting much from the ads, so I kept experimenting; not just with Google Adwords, but also with other companies.

It would certainly be a different angle if you want to sell something from your site, though. I believe that Adwords is one of the biggest (if not the biggest) PPC platform currently, and if you know how to maximize your conversion rate and learn to convince google that your site is really that relevant, then like what Steve Baker, a Google Adwords Professional, said, “… you should make lots and lots of money!”

Starting from how it all started, to a fictitious adwords case study, Steve Barker’s posts are really interesting and worth the time reading. If you want to learn more about using Google Adwords to your advantage, then you must read his comprehensive guide. You will definitely have nothing to lose, but much to gain; and the best part? It’s free! :)
