One of my fave snacks … puto! 
This was cooked by our helper and the ingredients are as follows: rice (which has been grinded), coconut milk, baking powder, sugar, and cheese. I wasn’t around to watch the procedure, but arrived only when it was done. lol. Loved it!
Here’s a more detailed recipe: Puto, which uses milk (instead of the coconut milk), eggs, butter, grated coconut and bisquick. This will taste different, though. Still, the method is the same.

i love puto and i know how to cook like the Goldilocks puto hehehe! ginaya ko talaga kase masarap using flour only kase mas matagal ang expiration.
