Food Friday
By snippets on 14th November, 2008
Fried milkfish (bangus, which has been deboned already ~ so convenient that way!), stir-fried veggies and rice … part of my lunch two days ago. Relatively healthy, I believe … just don’t ask me what I had for dessert, though. lol.
That black thingy on the fish might look yucky to some, but it really tastes so good and just melts in your mouth (of course, since it’s mostly fat, lol). It is fat, but that’s fine since the quantity’s quite small; negligible, actually.
