That’s California Maki … I really find it interesting that some recipes for this dish requires avocado, while here in our place they usually use mango. I still have to taste one which uses avocado. Am sure it will taste yummy, too (or maybe it’s because I’m biased … i love avocados!). LOL.

Avocado with shrimp is love! Last time I had this walang masago (fish egg) but still ok, I have yet to try mango! HAppy FF, mine’s up!

Wow sarap! I’ve actually tasted California roll with avocados…haven’t tried the Maki though… Looks yummy!

that is another sushi!!!! wheeee!! here in Japan, they use avocado too! it just is very yummy… the avocado gives it a very distinct and refreshing flavor! hmmm… I love sushi!

Oh my your photos are simply lovely. But, I have to admit that I am not into fish that much.
But, I do love avocado!!:-)
