I know, I know … I still haven’t changed templates. Haven’t had the time to go browsing and choosing the template. Have found some templates, but most of them are for blogger, and not for wordpress. Oh well … found some that I like, but I need to customize them first, which needs time. Time isn’t something that I have the luxury of having, right now.

Oh well.

Around last year my son and I got our passport at the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), and we were expecting to be there the whole day. Well, actually we arrived there past noon already, so we thought that maybe we would have to return the next day. We had the required pictures taken near the DFA office, which was quite convenient. It’s a good thing we were done before the office closed that day! We really didn’t cherish the thought of going back there again since it was quite far from home.

I have never been the type, really, to think about hot lingerie, but am sure that some women love them. I remember, before I got married some acquaintances gave me some nighties, but I never really got to wearing them. Am I such a prude? LOL. It’s just not my style, really. Know what I did? I gave them away to another bride-to-be! Am not so sure if she liked them, but I wouldn’t be surprised (or offended) if she gave them away, too!

Normally we don’t order sushi (above shot), we prefer salmon sashimi … we were kind of “adventurous” the day we ordered this mixed sushi.

We weren’t disappointed … we loved it! Loved the presentation, too!

Food-Friday

Having the time for one’s self has really made me feel so good, specially the nap time! lol. Am so thankful to have had that opportunity. Am also so thankful that my son is now more independent but still have the sense to ask for my permission, specially if he wants to go out of the house to play.

This week has been a bit tiring because of some adjustments, but I really thank the Lord that He has been keeping me company and encouraging me. There were times that I felt so alone, but it was really nothing that a whisper of a prayer couldn’t banish. I am just so thankful for my parents for instilling in me the love and reverence for the Lord and for helping me find my way, and in my own time.

Ermmmm… This should have been posted last Sunday, but wasn’t able to do that since I wasn’t feeling too well. The theme for this week is “soft” and the insides of this peach mango pie is indeed soft and mushy. It’s got bits of mushy mango and peaches in there, with just the right amount of “crispiness” from the crust … and just the thought of it is making me drool right now! ;p

I never knew that with digital signage you can increase sales profits, or encourage certain behavior. That’s really interesting! Seems like this system can do lots of things! I think I ‘ll be needing one of those since I feel like I need to do lots of things but doesn’t have the time to do them! lol.

Need lots of catching up to do …

Hmmmm … I believe that I have posted this before … but I just couldn’t resist posting it again since it is one of my fave snacks around! That, btw, is a chocolate-coated marshmallow on a soft biscuit-like base. I must admit they taste much better after they are chilled…. YUMMY!

Was tagged by Z’riz about this seven thingy about myself … I think I’ve done this before … but there’s no harm in doing it again, is there? lol.

Well, here goes:

• I wear eyeglasses … started using them since first year high school.
• I am around 5′ 2.5″ tall (or short … lol)
• I am a light sleeper … so, usually no one can sneak up on me!
• Am a non-practicing veterinarian. More of a SAHM now.
• I love taking pictures of anything and everything! LOL
• Hubby and I have one son …
• Have lived in Mindanao, Visayas, and Luzon for the past ten years.

I must admit, I was supposed to look for a new template … but when I couldn’t access my blog earlier this day (my webhost said that there was an unforeseen power failure and only specific sites were affected,  including mine!), I got sidetracked. Know what I did? I left the computer and instead dozed for a bit. LOL.

Actually, I have already found some, but I know that I want to customize them. It will definitely take a bit of time … anyway, we’ll see.
