Last week (Holy Week) was a relatively peaceful (and restful!) time for my family and I; we spent most of the time just staying at my mother-in-law’s house and occasionally visited the church. I’m really thankful for having been given that opportunity. Another thing that I’m really thankful for is that it’s my son’s birthday today (he turned 9!); and he’s pretty excited about it. No fancy parties, or anything. We’ll just spend the day together with my sisters and their respective families. I am so thankful for all the blessings my family and I have received lately; and that doesn’t mean the financial part only, but mostly the love, support, and understanding that each of us have for one another.
