Oo nga ginutom mo ako sis, favorite ko pa naman pasta…red or white sauce then maraming cheese. Makapagluto nga rin…kakahawa ka huh lol!

Mmmm… I was planning on spending the rest of my day not going anywhere but now I have to run to the store for some pasta.

Years ago, a friend showed who makes some of the best sauce I’ve ever eaten told me one of his secret ingredients… just a pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon. I’ve tried it on some store-bought sauce and it always gives it a more home-made flavor. It’s not for everybody and you really want to use just a pinch (enough that you can just barely recognize it) but it goes a long way to making even store-bought stuff taste unique.

So so yummy! Maglaway man pud ta…la pako pamahaw raba..
