My two cousins have lived in New York City for a few years now, and it seems like they won’t be coming home soon. They just love the place so much that I think they are already green card holders. I remember, the first time they arrived there, they didn’t have any friends and everything looked and felt so different.

Nowadays we seldom have the chance to get together with my sister’s family; I miss our popcorn-eating days!

Hubby and I saw this beautiful house for sale a while back, and we asked the realtor if we can inspect the house. The house was really beautiful, both inside and out. But two things kind of didn’t sit well with me: the laundry area was too small for my liking, as well as the helper’s room. I would have preferred that the maid’s room be bigger, and I noticed that it was lacking proper cabinets. Even if they are there to work for us, they need a decent space to sleep, too.

Anyway, the house was too expensive for us; but still, we both loved it. Hopefully, we will be able to find something similar, but with a smaller price attached to it!

My desktop computer is almost five years old (yikes! really …), but I think it still is quite fast compared to other computers. My computer memory is already 120GB, but I also have an external memory (100GB) where I store most of my pictures; and of course, it has a Pentium 4 processor.

A close friend and I were just chatting the other night and talking about computers; I wanted to buy myself a notebook, while she wanted to trade-in her laptop for something newer.

Computers are a necessity these days … and it’s something that I’m glad I had the chance to dabble on!

My son is scheduled to go to the dentist soon, and it looks like he will be needing braces. I’m not so sure, but he might be needing some procedures, like the one that Dr. Tom Farley, a charlotte cosmetic dentist, offers. I definitely am sure that some of his teeth need fillings; and since he has tried that before already, he wouldn’t be too worried about the procedure.

As for me, I think I need to have my teeth checked up, too. Will set an appointment soon …

I have to agree; some of us have taken for granted something as important as our eye sight. Or the abilitiy to breath air without gasping. It’s really sad since we usually want something more, when in fact it’s already staring at us!

I hope we won’t wait till we get blind, or lost a limb, before doing something ’bout it..

Christmas is fast approaching! Have you made your gift list already? Me, not yet, but hopefully I will be done before the week ends. I already know what my son likes, since he has been reminding us since summer! lol. Anyway, I guess it’s just fair that he reminds us, since what he wants is quite pricey!
