yup, it is official! (for me, anyway)
…. and the news: we can indeed receive funds now!

I got that last monday on my email … yes!
the amount is only US$5.00 ( hahaha 
), but what’s more important is that we can now RECEIVE $$$!
We’re still not getting the full features, though, since we can only withdraw to a US Bank Account (no charge), or to a credit, debit, or prepaid card (charge: US$5.00).
… and I think you have to be verified member to be able to withdraw money from your paypal account …
Oh well … at least it’s a start!

Was about to email you about PP. That’s positive! I just hope the withdrawal and adding a bank (from this country) will be made available for us soon.
