yup, it is for real. hehehe.
still not the same as in the US, though; you cannot transfer your paypal account to a local bank, but only to a credit, debit, or prepaid card, or to a US bank account. So mura ug dili jud nimo magamit as “cash”, unless imo ibalhin sa US bank account. Anyway, ok ra sad, dili nimo magasto. hehehe.
hopefully the full features will be available soon …

ang alam ko sa ngayon yung UnionBank ang isa sa banks dito sa ‘Pinas na pwede ma-transfer yung paypal money mo. Just apply for their EON CyberAccount, tapos from your paypal you can transfer the money. There is a US$5.00 charge for the transfer, though. But at least you can get your money!
