just couldn’t stop with the congee… had to add this spicy stuff, i usually see in Chinese restaurants… i don’t know what they call it… maybe Kris , you can help? :p

some “real-looking” Chinese ** happened to sit beside us, and i was amazed at the amount of this spicy stuff they were using! no wonder it’s part of the condiments normally found in Chinese restaurants..
